Gesproin Group has signed an agreement with PEARL BEACH CLUB, to become the Beach Club of the project. Both owners and guests will have access to it, with special discounts. In addition, Gesproin Group will offer a shuttle service to the beach club, once the vacation operation has started.
Gesproin Group offers its buyers the option to manage their apartment for maximum profitability, but they will not be obliged to do so with us. At the moment we are negotiating with a hotel chain for the operation of the project. In case of closing the agreement, the vacation operation through this operator would be mandatory.
