Gesproin Group has signed an agreement with PEARL BEACH CLUB, to become the Beach Club of the project. Both owners and guests will have access to it, with special discounts. In addition, Gesproin Group will offer a shuttle service to the beach club once the vacation operation has started.
Gesproin Group offers its buyers the option to manage their apartment to maximize profitability. We are currently negotiating with a hotel chain for the operation of the project. In case of closing the agreement, it would be mandatory the vacation operation through this hotel chain.

- Upon signing the promise of sale contract, 20% is completed (Maximum 30 days after
of the reservation).
- 40% one month after completing the 20% (monthly, quarterly payments...).
- 40% upon delivery. (Estimated in September 2027).
