Layouts: 2-Bedroom (1 Bedroom + Maid's Room), 2-Master Bedroom, 2-Bedroom + Maid's Room, and 2-Bedroom + Family Room + Maid's Room.
Ocean views are available on the 6th floor, on the right side of the building.
Layout Options: 2-Bedroom (1 Bedroom + Maid's Room), 2-Bedroom Master Suite, and 2-Bedroom + Family Room + Maid's Room.
The standard 2-bedroom + service room layout (available in Phases 1 and 2) does not apply in this phase.
